St. Mark’s has always engaged effectively with parents, carers and the wider community and we are now seeking to strengthen this provision through the appointment of a family liaison officer. This will be a vital role in helping us to continue to develop and maintain effective partnerships with all our families and through promoting learning and wellbeing across the Academy. A primary focus will be to support vulnerable children to overcome barriers to their learning.
If you are skilled and experienced in engaging face-to-face with parents/carers, students, academy staff and others to deliver this level of positive support, this post will offer you a valuable opportunity to increase your existing skills and experience.
If you believe you have the vision, passion, resilience and the people skills to work in an exciting, innovative Academy which is committed to raising attainment, expectations and standards for all, we want to hear from you.
If you would like an informal conversation, or would like to visit St Mark’s prior to making an application for this key role, please contact Hannah Fahey (Senior Vice Principal)
