Business Assistant – Reception & School Office

35 Hours Per Week, 41 weeks per annum 
Fixed term – Maternity Cover until July 2020 

Required for June 2019, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, friendly and reliable person to work in our busy reception and school office team for fixed term maternity cover.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal and IT skills. Previous school experience is an advantage but not essential. Other necessary qualities include confidentiality and being able to work on your own initiative. You will be the first point of contact for most incoming telephone calls so a good telephone manner is essential.
