On the 18th October, Year 12’s went on a journey to London to view historic landmarks as part of our enrichment. Throughout the trip we witnessed amazing sights such as Big Ben, The London Eye, and Kings College London etc. The entire day was full of fun as we got to go round different places whilst being with our friends and taking pictures. Many of us went to Kings College London and were amazed by the university not just by its size, but by the capacity of students they have inside their university. The historic building was completely fascinating by its design and the diversity of students they had in there. Finally, this trip taught most of us leadership skills as students have to make their own way there by leading the group, but most importantly, it taught us communication skills as we had to communicate effectively to our peers throughout our journey whether it was finding out where to go and talking about the landmarks.
